Q: Where are your products made?

All of our products are handmade in Australia — from our home base on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We take pride in crafting each item with love and care.  

Q: Are your products cruelty‑free/natural?

Yes! Our oils and cosmetics are designed to use high‑quality natural/nourishing ingredients and are cruelty‑free and Australian made.  

Q: What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping within Australia is FREE at present

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.  

Q: How long do your products last (shelf life)?

Our body oils (and other skincare products) have a shelf life of approximately 12–18 months from purchase.  

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or breaks during shipping?

If your item arrives damaged during shipping — please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the product and its packaging. We’ll replace or refund damaged items accordingly.  

(Note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)  

Q: Do you accept returns / do you offer refunds? What about change of mind?

Because we handle all items by hand, we do not accept returns due to “change of mind.”  

However, we stand by quality — if an item arrives broken/damaged, or faulty upon arrival, reach out within the timeframe above and we’ll sort it out under Australian Consumer Law.  

Q: What’s in your body oils — are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Our signature body oils are formulated with nourishing, natural plant‑based oils (like jojoba, macadamia, avocado, apricot kernel, plus Vitamin E). They are lightweight, non‑greasy, and suitable for most skin types — including dry, sensitive or mature skin.  

We do recommend patch testing first, especially if you have very sensitive skin or known allergies.  

Q: Do you accept payment plans / Afterpay?

Yes! We currently offer Afterpay for ease of purchase.  

Q: I bought a gift card — how does that work?

We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. The recipient can redeem the gift card on our website for any product of their choice.  

If you want a physical copy instead, you can request it (extra details available at checkout or by contacting us).

Q: How do I use the body oils?

1. Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin after showering or whenever your skin needs a boost.

2. Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed.

3. For extra glow, mix a drop or two with your lotion or moisturizer.

4. Avoid contact with eyes.

Q: How should I store my oils?

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Ensure the lid is tightly closed to preserve freshness

Avoid storing near heat sources to maintain oil integrity

Q: Are your oils shimmered or matte?

We offer a light shimmer using MICA in select oils for that subtle glow, perfect for layering over lotion or wearing alone. Body Oils containing MICA must be shaken before use as MICA will settle over time.
